1. Description of Services Careerfully provides an educational technology platform that offers services such as career coaching sessions for students and related support for educational institutions.

7. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permissible by law, in no event shall Careerfully, its directors, employees, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.
8. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We will provide notice of material changes by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
